Suppliers Screen
Use this screen to view vendors that are used to locate parts and availability.
Description of fields on the screen
| Field Label | Description |
|---|---|
| Supplier Name | Enter part or all of the supplier name to use in search. |
| Show - Aftermarket Optional OEM Reconditioned Recycled | Select one or more part type filters to refine the vendors you are searching for. |
| Search | Select this option to perform the search. |
| New Supplier | This option allows you to search for new suppliers to add to your list. |
| Refresh | This option refreshes the data in the search results pane. |
| Select this option to print a supplier list. | |
| Print Preview | Selecting this option prints the supplier list on your screen. |
| Export to CSV | This option allows you to export the supplier list data in a comma separated value file format. |
| Source | This field indicates the supplier part type status. Valid values are Mandated, Not Offered, Selected. |
| Supplier Name | This is the supplier company name. |
| A/M Opt OEM Recond |
When checked indicates the part types the supplier offers. |
| Date Added | This is the date the supplier was added to your supplier list. |
| City State Zip |
This is the location of the supplier. |
| View | Select this option to view the selected supplier's information. |
| Edit | Select this option to edit the part types that the supplier offers. |
| Delete | Selecting this option deletes the selected supplier from the list. |
